Building an Impact-Driven Future: CJONYX and CFYE Strengthen Hemam Ibaji’s Impact Measurement System
From February 2nd to 4th, 2026, CJONYX Organisation, in partnership with the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE), conducted a strategic field visit to Ibaji to support the development of a robust Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) System for the Hemam Ibaji Operation. The visit brought together young farmers, community stakeholders, field officers, and youth leaders to co-create a sustainable framework for tracking impact, strengthening youth inclusion, and advancing food security. Through stakeholder engagement, field assessments, gender-inclusive youth leadership structures, and collaborative workshops, the visit laid a strong foundation for long-term impact tracking, accountability, and shared learning.
